Cakewalk and Roland are holding hands tighter than ever before, since the announcement that all future products for musicians and audio producers will be branded as ‘Cakewalk by Roland’,
It’s nice to see the kids getting on so well! Roland now own a major share of the software company.
Roland Corporation President, Hidekazu Tanaka said:
“Through this mutually beneficial partnership, both corporations have enjoyed a marked increase in sales and market share. As a logical evolution of our relationship, we have decided to increase our investment in Cakewalk by becoming its major shareholder.”
